JAWS International is part of JAWS, a technical intermediary for clients and job seekers in the machine building and manufacturing industry.

Our specialized teams mediate job seekers at all levels within an organization. The account managers know what is going on in the market, so we have been able to substantially expand our customer and candidate base in various regions of the Netherlands.

In addition to Recruitment & Selection, Temporary Employment, Payroll, HR Advice & Operations and Internship Mediation, we also offer various training courses under the dutch label: Gemaakt voor Techniek. In addition, with JAWS International we focus on the recruitment of international technical talent who want to establish themselves permanently in the Netherlands. With our wide range of services, we are able to offer a suitable solution for all demands.

BACKGROUND

JAWS was founded in January 2015 by Jürgen van Aalst in Terborg and our establishment in Enschede opened at the end of 2018. We are part of the Kaak Group and also the preferred supplier.

We work together with a Payroll & Back office specialist. Through this cooperation our clients are assured that JAWS works according to the prescribed guidelines/regulation and it is possible for us to be able to guarantee an even higher service and service for our candidates and clients.
