2. Intake and/or trial in the Netherlands
If the company is initially interested, you are welcome to come to the Netherlands. JAWS will provide accomodation and will potentially join you during your conversations with the company. Frequently, this conversation is paired with one, or multiple days of trial at the company. In these days, you can both determine whether this is a good position for you.
3. Arranging all the details
As soon as there is a ‘yes’ from both the company and you, JAWS will hire you on a so called ‘deta-vast’ contract. This means you will start with a contract with JAWS. The intention of the company will be to hire you after a period of working on this contract. When this amount of hours is over, you will be on contract with the company. JAWS is fully aware of all the rules and regulations regarding hiring international staff and will arrange all of the legal aspects for you. If you have any questions, you will always be welcome to call us or to come in for a coffee.
